I have more than 140.000 euros in the account, I would like to be able to withdraw everything or a higher amount. But they have their guidelines, so I can accept that but waiting 20 days is just unnaceptable for a mere 1500. Btw I dont know my username I think its without username.

Hello thanks for your reply, I have made succesful withdrawals in the past. But only small amounts from April 27th till today I have only gotten 17.500 euro. But I have stilll about 145.000 euros in my account. Ive passed the verification process a long time ago, I am verified on their website. Since playing there I have not made use of a single bonus. And I have acces to my players account. And today I also didnt get paid so it has been 22 days since I have asked for withdrawal. And still nothing

Luckily tikitaka came through and they have deposited the 1500 on friday and another 500 on sunday. I would still like to keep and maintain contact with Kubo, I would like to know if its possible to withdraw an higher amount, waiting for 1 month is just unnaceptable especially when I still have so much to receive from them.

Since the start of this month its going really well with all the payments ! Of course personally I wouldve liked to withdraw a larger amount from my account. But this is keeping me pleased so far, atleast I'm receiving parts of my balance now. I hope we could come to terms for me to receive a larger amount, but for now the main issue is revolved.
