please help me, the casino denies their terms and conditions, which sais, they have to review and complete the withdrawals in 24 hours every day. The maximum withdrawal is not 2500€/day as you mentioned, only 500€/day. In 2 weaks they only paid me 4*500€ i still have 2500€ pending withdrawals, the last they paid was 2 days ago. In my account now i have 25.000€. Plus the 2500€ pending withdrawals. They dont increase my limits, as they said, i have to play more to get bigger vip level, but when i asked how can i follow up the progress, they said its cannot be checked. Even they dont know it…. So its very shady. They dont want to pay me out, and with this progress the full payout would take like 6 months…

Hi! I would like to cancel my complaint, as the casino started to push my withdrawals, and accept 1 transaction/weekdays. You should still update the daily withdrawal limit 1000/day. But they only process 500/day, the remaining will stay in pending status here. Thank you for sour help! I get in touch if i have another problem.
