Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. If the casino doesn't withhold any balance we might not be able to assist.

We contact online casinos only in cases where the balance is withheld or confiscated. If the casino only blocked your account without any active balance we won't be able to help you.

Kindly let me know whether the casino withheld any balance or confiscated any winnings, otherwise the complaint will be closed.
