I am writing to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with TheClubhousecasino.


I requested a withdrawal of €170,000, but so far, only €4,000 have been paid out. The remaining amount has been unjustly delayed without any valid explanation.


Additionally, my KYC documents have been repeatedly rejected without clear reasons, even though they are official and valid. I have provided all requested documents, but they continue to claim that they are insufficient.


While I have all the relevant screenshots and evidence to support my claim, I am not including them at this moment.


I kindly request your assistance in mediating this issue and ensuring that the casino fulfills its obligations.
