I would like to file a complaint against Starda Casino.

On [date], I made a deposit of 10,025 KZT to my casino account. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the deposit has never been credited to my casino balance.

I contacted the casino's customer support several times. They acknowledged that the issue had been forwarded to the relevant department, but they keep asking me to wait for several days without providing any solution or estimated resolution time. My funds are still missing.

I believe this situation is unfair, and I kindly ask Casino Guru to investigate this matter and help me recover my deposit or ensure that it is credited to my casino account as soon as possible.
