I currently have $3000 in pending withdrawals with spybet casino (3x $1000 withdrawals as the casinos caps withdrawals at $1000 per transaction & only 3 can be pending at one time)
My first Initial withdrawal now dates back to 16/07/2025 over 3 weeks ago!
I have both email led the casinos support team & spoken with there live chat team in numerous occasions (over 13 times in total across both platforms)
They always appear helpful and friendly - but the response is always very generic and scripted.
I have been getting the same response for 3 weeks now.
I get told to be patient and my withdrawal is high priority and the finance team are aware its pending
But nothing happens. Day keep passing and its not being processed
honestly - in years and years of playing on online casinos, ive never experienced a withdrawal take over 24 days to process.
My withdrawal request is via skrill - the same method i deposited.
I have not been asked in over 3 weeks for any sort of verification, I am more than happy to supply anything then require.
I can provide multiple screenshots of the email responses I recieve from live chat each time I chase up my withdrawals
I can also show screenshots of how long my withdrawals have been pending
The other very disappointing thing is, this casino only allow you to have 3x pending withdrawals at one time - so for me the 3x $1000 withdrawals i have pending are all i can request.
I still have $2000 in my player cashier & this money is essentially stuck in the casino site - i cannot even request a withdrawal and put the wheels in motion.
Its very disheartening knowing that when I finally get around to withdrawing this extra $2000, it may be another 3 weeks + of wait time to process it
Though I have never withdrawn from the particular casino before - spybet - I have used the casino groups sister sites and ive had no issues with them.
This is why I find this most disappointing, as I actually like the casino group from previous experiences
I always use skrill to withdraw when I have used there sister sites - its never been as issue
Please assist me with finding a solution, greatly appreciated.
