Over 7 days ago, all requested transaction documents were submitted for verification. The status of these documents has been stuck on "Pending" ever since. According to Sportuna's own terms and explicit statements, this verification process is supposed to take a maximum of 24 hours to 2 days.


The Live Chat has been contacted multiple times for an update, but the support agents provide absolutely nothing useful. They only give generic, copy-pasted responses stating that it will be sorted out "soon," without providing any concrete information or actual progress.


All requested documentation was provided promptly, but the casino is failing to meet its own timeframes while offering zero transparency through its customer service.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments can complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly, and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

  • Could you please let me know which documents you have already provided and when exactly you sent the last one?
  • Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I had to provide my id, a picture with both me and their website in one picture on another device, confirmation on my account, the card I used and all my transactions from 13.04-13.05. I have never seen a site that’s asking for this much… but I did it anyways
