Sportaza Casino - Player claims that payment has been delayed.

Hello everyone,

I have a serious issue with Sportaza casino. I have won 4500 EUR in sportsbook bets on major events (Euroleague and NBA) but they have not processed my withdrawals.

At the moment I have three pending withdrawals of 500 EUR each and 3000 EUR still in my gaming account. I contacted their customer support and they told me that the maximum withdrawal processing time is 3 business days but that period has already passed.

Every time I contact them I receive the same response and the issue remains unresolved. I don't know how to handle this situation.

I have also read other complaints from players about NOVAFORGE LTD (the company that operates Sportaza which makes me even more concerned.

Please if anyone can help or advice me on what to do next, I would really appreciate it. I need the money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

14 days? Really? On the verification tab it says that my account doesn’t require verification. Have you received other complaints from players about withdrawals from Sportaza?
