I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding two separate, long-overdue payouts from my account. I have not received payment for either of the following transactions:

* **Transaction 2:** $750, initiated on August 8, 2025.

  • yes one or two successful withdrawals in the past
  • i went via interac withdrawal and in deposited on credit
  • no active bonuses at all
