Withdrawal especially on big wins will never happen. I won $4k and have given everything they ask for verification and went to tell me some stupid excuses that’s there is a queue and process takes 48 hours and even longer 😀😀. I played my winnings down to just $730 and THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME A CENTS. 4 of my friends is member of this casino and ending up playing there winnings down because they never pay.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings within 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know, and we will intervene and try to help you.

They told me if I cancel and withdraw again it will go at the end of the queue again. Which I did cancel and won 3k. I will not cancel and wait for the 3k to get to my bank account. I’m very very concerned about the delay tactic on withdrawing money after reading all the complaints here.


I will keep this complaint going until they pay me the 3k.
