The player from New Zealand requested to self-exclude from SpinRise Casino due to a gambling addiction, but the casino refused to process her request until she completed the KYC. This situation allowed her to continue depositing funds.
I asked for SpinRise Casino to self exclude me and they refused to do so, instead asked me to complete the KYC before they would close it. It allowed me to deposit more and more funds. I clearly stated I had a gambling addiction.

Dear OxyJen,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem.
First, I’d like to clarify the difference between account closure and self-exclusion:
Could you please forward me the account closure requests you sent to the casino along with the casino's responses? You can send them to me at veronika.f@casino.guru.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Veronika
