I depositted an amount of $50 ethereum on 05/12/2025 which was not credited to my gaming account. I contacted spinrise casino VIP support to which I was brushed off and told it may take 30min to be credited.. That was 39 hours ago now.


Today on 07/12/2025 I decided to attempt to deposit a further $100 in ethereum to which also has not been credited to my account... Contacted support and still the same story and told me the matter has been forwarded in which I do not expect to hear back from anyone. I have shown them all the evidence that they have received the funds but will not listen.

I have received my deposits. However, the lack of compassion and support I've received is disgusting on its own.


No apology, no recognition for the time lost while waiting for my deposits. No kind gesture or bonus. Nothing. Just alot of time wasted and attitude. Although I received my deposits. I don't feel at all humble about how I received them. It's disgusting behaviour and the place should be audited.
