Played the no dp free spins and liked the look of the place so deposited $35 for the 110% bonus.

Played it up to around $1500 (I have photos) and then requested to withdraw $900.

Get an email saying you broke the rules, max bet of $3 US/AUD/CAD

Firstly, how the shizzle does that work given exchange rates, someone has just picked an arbitrary figure out their ass.

Secondly, in my experience it's borderline malfascence to allow players to still bet over the threshold in a bonus usage.

They publicly display what games you can and cant play (obviously too high of a house loss) whilst using a bonus, yet still entrap you allowing you to go over the max bet

and $3 is absolutely ridiculous. It's a stupid clause and only exists when the owners of the site are too dumb / broke to build a big enough consumer base, or they're just greedy.

I also very rarely bet above a dollar. There is not even a warning or anything. Hopefully I can get this site taken down.

I don't expect to see my money, so I will be writing a review for this casino here there any everywhere aswell.

Dear freezaaa,

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the bonus T&Cs and found this:

2.10 The maximum bet available with an active bonus is 3 USD/EUR/AUD/CAD, 12 PLN, 15 BRL, in case of violation of this rule, the active bonus and all winnings will be canceled. Buying a bonus and free spins in the slot is also a bet.s

Our position is closely explained in the Fair Gambling Codex

https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

However, if you feel you have been accused mistakenly, feel free to forward me your game history together with a link to the specific bonus that you redeemed and played. My email address is attila.g@casino.guru.

If there is any other relevant communication between you and the casino, please send it as well.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Attila
