3 weeks ago I joined spinpolo trying to find who owns this site has lead me to this. I had verify my account which was told takes 72 hours after 10 days my ID was approved which had my address test was declined. I have uploaded numerous information both selfie with passport and driving license approved but not the rest this has been going on for 3 weeks I try customer support get the same answer. Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures.
