I started to play spinarium casino 26.3 and made two deposit via visa, total 130e. First I won bit more than 2000e and asked for 300e withdraw jus to test how this works. I got email and they asked a list of kyc documents. I send everything. They said and their site says that verification process may take up to 3 business days. Now 8 business days have gone and I have asked why nothing happens. I just get lies from there like: we are busy or something else. I have all the mails. I just know its pure poison to these casinos pay in situation like this, only small deposit and I am asking 3500e. So..now my balance is 3500e and I cant do anything because of my verification process is still waiting. I know you will say that I have to wait more, but nothing happens, I have seen all this before and always there is same casino lisence: curacoa
