I would like to file a complaint against Spinanga Casino.

I have two pending withdrawals of $750 and $600 that have been waiting since June 15. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the exact same generic response. They tell me they understand how frustrating the situation is and that they will send an "urgent" message to the finance department, but nothing ever happens.

I am tired of waiting. This is neither reasonable nor respectful. If there is a genuine issue, they should communicate it clearly instead of repeatedly sending copy-and-paste responses that lead nowhere.

I have fulfilled my obligations as a player, and I simply expect the casino to honor its obligation by processing my withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe.

I would appreciate Casino Guru’s assistance in resolving this matter, as Spinanga Casino has failed to provide any meaningful update or solution despite my repeated attempts to contact them.
