am making a formal complaint regarding the handling of my account.

I repeatedly requested that my account be closed over a period of more than two years, but those requests were not acted upon.

I recently won £2,300 and submitted a withdrawal request. While checking the status, it continued to show "final process." When I later tried to log in, I found that my account had been closed. I contacted your live chat service and was informed that "higher management" had closed my account, without any prior notice or explanation.
