Unable to complete mandatory KYC verification - website technical malfunction preventing account access


I am experiencing a echnical issue with Solcasino.io that prevents me from accessing my account and completing the required KYC verification process.


The Problem:

When attempting to log into my account, the system displays a mandatory KYC verification requirement

I click the "Proceed to KYC" button as instructed

The page enters an endless loading state and never progresses

This completely blocks access to my account and any funds


Troubleshooting Attempted:

Tested multiple web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Tried different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)

Used different internet connections (home WiFi, mobile data, public WiFi)

Cleared browser cache and cookies

Disabled ad blockers and browser extensions

The issue persists across all platforms and connections, confirming this is a server-side problem


Support Response:

I contacted Solcasino.io customer support regarding this technical issue. Unfortunately, their support team has been unresponsive and unwilling to provide assistance or alternative solutions for completing the KYC process.

  • When were you requested to verify your account?
  • When did you first notice this issue happening? Did it occur right away when you clicked to "Proceed to KYC" button?
  • What channels of communication did you try to contact the support to report the problem?
