I have tried several times to make withdrawals and been made to wait a long time before finally being asked for KYC details. These were submitted almost 1 month ago and I have still not heard back from Snatch regarding verification, despite getting in touch with "support" team multiple times. I regret using this casino and wish I read other reviews before I played here. I just want my money out now.

  • Yes I have withdrawn in the past a few times. Always has been a long wait to withdraw.
  • Yes I have access to my account
  • KYC docs sent 1 month ago with no response. Only communication is multiple conversations with Snatch support chat which I don't have access to. Each time they said they would expedite process but nothing ever happens.
  • No winnings accrued through bonuses
