I have been verified for quite awhile as stated I have already recieved a few cashouts.and I am aware of the maximum betting amount when playing with a bonus but when I deposit with them I do not activate any bonuses incase I hit a good spin and want to cash out I easily cancel the unactivated bonuses and proceed with the cash out.ibhavnt spoke with support as I havnt had to but would get lots of cashout "time outs" where it's returned back into my playing account and the I resubmit
