I've been trying to complete the kyc verification for the past 3 months but still no result..The keep asking for documents which I sent immediately but it takes them more than a month to reply to..The last document they asked for was a screenshot of a crypto transaction to their casino which I sent on 18th of August and still no response...It feels like they just make fun of me at this point..I just want to get over this and never have to deal with them again...

I've sent a photo of my id, then a photo of me holding the id with their casino visible on the background and then a screenshot of a transaction from my crypto wallet to their platform...They haven't responded yet on the screenshot of the transaction and it's been a month since I sent it..The id was verified Im assuming.. I've made 3 or 4 deposits using my credit card and via crypto... I've made 1 successful withdrawal it was something like 25€..I just wanted to see if it was ok at that time or if they would have asked for some sort a verification..which they didn't... I've only played slots..no live casino and no sporting bets...Thanks in advance!!
