So, i have a developed a serious gambling addiction. I decided to deposit all my money to this casino and play them, until i had 50€ left. That 50€ left is all i have to buy food for the next month because i lost all the money i have to this site.


I have contacted SlotsVader support multiple times, that i have serious gambling addiction problem and i want that my 50€ remaining balance will be returned to my bank account and my casino account to be permamently closed after that to not be able to play anymore due to my serious gambling addiction.


Everytime they have made an excuse that they will not do that. They refuse to return my remaining 50€ to my bank account and close my account.


They even said to withdraw i should deposit more. Isnt that insane to tell gambling addict to deposit more to be able to withdraw the remaining balance, and i read that must be against every law there is protecting gamblers, because they are working under legal license.


Then after that they made another excuse that they cant return me my remaining 50€ on the balance to my bank account if i dont deposit more, and they will not close my account permamently.


Now my account is still open, my remaining 50€ in casino balance have not been returned to my bank account, after breaking license and telling gamble addict to deposit more to their site, only thing they did, was close my access permamently to their live chat support. I can still play deposit, but my money has not been returned and my account has not been closed but my ability to contact them has been permamently revoked.


Tehy have to be breaking so many laws with that action that i have to contact you guys to help me and possibly i am ready to sue them for breaking the laws while operating under license.
