My account was blocked because I did not correct my day of birth from the 1st to the 22nd. The year and month were entered correctly. The date was entered as 01/07/1991, but it should have been 22/07/1991. This was simply a human error made when entering my personal details.


The casino did not allow me to correct this date and instead decided to close my account. They are now offering to return only 1,000 PLN, even though there is more than 5,000 PLN in the account.


Could this be considered an attempt to withhold or misappropriate my funds? I would appreciate any help, as this situation feels very unfair and distressing.


In my opinion, the casino's actions suggest that they were looking for a reason to confiscate my funds from the very beginning.

During verification, the casino informed me that the date on my ID card did not match the date in my profile. I tried to change the date manually and informed the casino that it was a simple oversight, but they blocked my account within a few hours. I did not use any bonuses.
