I won 490 euros, 4 days ago, after contacting via live chat (many times), asking when they will process the money, I was told to wait Patiently. Slotmonster then put the funds back into my balance account. I then had to send I.d documents, which I did. Still pending, no funds processed!!!!!!!!!

Slotmonster are now ignoring my emails, Slotmonster has taken the option for me to contact them via live chat off.
