Nothing i can do other than wait, I have contacted the casino’s Live support multiple times, but they keep providing the same generic response without giving any answer to my problems

I contacted Slotexo’s Live Support on March 3rd, and they confirmed that my withdrawal would be processed by the end of that day or March 4th. However, I still have not received my funds, and the casino continues to delay without providing a valid reasonfile
