Case summary

The player from Austria contends that after fulfilling all bonus requirements and raising his balance to €2000, his withdrawal request is unjustly reduced to €100 because of previous bonus play. He argues that his balance was converted to real money and seeks the remaining €1900.

I received free bonus spins on Slotbox and played them. This gave me bonus money. I then fulfilled all the bonus requirements and wagered the amount as specified. After completing the bonus wagering requirements, my balance was reduced from over €1000 to €100, as this met the bonus requirements. The €100 was then no longer bonus money, but real money in my account. I then continued playing with this €100 real money balance and increased it to €2000. Finally, I wanted to withdraw the €2000 real money balance. I was able to withdraw it, as this balance was withdrawable and not bonus money. Subsequently, my payout of €2000 was reduced again to €100, and I received a notification stating that I would only receive €100 of the €2000 because I had played through a bonus. This is outrageous, as I had already wagered the specified bonus amount multiple times as required, and my balance had already been reduced from over €1000 to €100, but then converted to real money. I continued playing with this €100 and increased my real money balance back up to €2000. I was able to withdraw this amount since it was no longer a bonus amount, and I intended to do so. However, after I had already requested the real money withdrawal, it was reduced AGAIN to €100, which is what I finally received. This is absolutely outrageous. It must be fraud. I fulfilled the bonus requirements and wagered the amount multiple times, so I had real money instead of bonus funds. I want the remaining €1900!
