On July 23, 2026, I played a free spin promotion on Slotbox Casino. After completing the 35x wagering requirement, Slotbox's backend system automatically enforced the promotional max win limit, capping and converting my active balance into €1,000.00 Real Cash.
Once my balance was settled and converted into Real Cash, I continued to play 40 Shining Crown using my unrestricted Real Cash balance. Through standard, post-conversion real money gameplay, my balance grew from €1,000.00 to €1,400.00. I subsequently requested a withdrawal of €1,400.00.
Slotbox paid out €1,000.00 but confiscated the remaining €400.00.
Slotbox's Stance (Complaint Ref 345806): Slotbox issued a final rejection letter stating that the €1,000 promotional max win cap continues to apply to all subsequent play generated during the session, even after the wagering requirements are met and the funds are converted to real cash. "Dear Aslam, Thank you for your patience... We understand your position... Having completed our review, we are unable to uphold your complaint... Completing the wagering requirement did not convert your winnings into unrestricted real-money funds... Accordingly, your formal complaint is not upheld, and our decision remains unchanged..."
My Position & Evidence:

As shown in my transaction history (IMG_8334.jpg and IMG_8333.jpg):
At 00:42, my wagering completed, and the system capped and converted my funds to €1,000.00 Real Cash.
Between 00:42 and 00:46, I played using settled Real Cash, winning an additional €400.00 (including a single win of €292.50 at 00:46).
Once bonus funds are converted to Real Cash, the promotional contract is closed. Retroactively applying a promotional cap to wagers made with unrestricted Real Cash is unfair and contrary to Fair Gambling principles.
I request that Slotbox release the remaining €400.00 won from my real money bets.
