Hi guys! Don't play on this website, they are legit making up stuff and lying to you. So I've lost around 2-3k on this website with my own money and 10.4 I got a free spin bonus and played with it and i completed the wager rule to be able to withdraw. I played with the money and almost lost all of the bonus money but later i got lucky and won 2k in a bonus and cashed it out.


I waited more than 24 hours nothing happened so I contacted them and asked them, he told me to wait and let the financial department solve it. Few hours later I got a notification that I got 200 euros of the 2k euros in my account and was wondering Wtf is this?. Then I got an email from and they said this:

We’re getting in touch as the winnings from your bonus "SC - Platinum - Level Up Reward" have a max withdrawable amount of 200 EUR equivalent.

 

We've adjusted your balance, and a new withdrawal of 200 EUR has been processed.

That's insane, it didnt say anywhere about this and they kept this information hidden from the players and is spilling this out when we win big. Its insane how this cansino is scamming us. The support "Alin" was so [Redacted] rude, i was obviously so frustrated and the only thing he said "I understand your frustration" and blocked me so i cant join the live chat again.

q) We reserve the right to limit player withdrawable winnings from a no deposit bonus to €50, unless stated otherwise in the terms. Any other bonus is limited to a max withdrawable win of €300, unless stated otherwise. If a player turns a bonus real and has a previous real money balance and begins wagering, the real money balance will be used to wager first. Winnings from bonus funds are used once your previous cash balance reaches zero or is insufficient to meet the stake.


Could you please send me a link or a screenshot of the bonus you activated and played with?
