Slot Mafia Casino - Withdrawal of player's winnings has been delayed.

Hi I made a withdrawal on their end 27th of this month for $5000, I have withdrawn from this casino many times with no issues.

this time however it’s been accepted and processed on their end but I still haven’t received it in my bank? Usually once it’s accepted on their end casino’s end it’s in my bank immediately.

I’ve spoken to the casino support and also my bank the casino has told me to wait which is unusual because this has never happened before, and my bank has said there is no incoming payment that they can see on their end.

can you please help me understand what is happening
