I did a deposit cash back bonus of 100 dollars.

i then won 4000 aud and wanted to play it down to 3500aud.

as i did so the money suddenly dropped to 1400aud so 2100 aud out of my winnings was confiscated. I feel like this is not right at all. Can you please help me to understand was has happened… I should have the 2100 adding to my account 100%
