So i opemed account last month and gambeled alot. Lost more then i won thats for sure. I had like 6 withdrawls sucesfull already. And this time i won 4200 usd. So total balance of my is 5200 usd. Ws soon as i did withdrawl i saw it went to "in review". Which was weird because withdrawl was always instant before, money in seconds to my crypto. So i went to live chat and they told me they need more verifciation. I have sent addres proof and has been 4 days and they domt check. Porpusly they slow down to hold the money. And thats ilegal. I need the money and is such scam to ask for some documents and then not reviewing at all just to hold the money. This casino has to be reported as scam, i can see many people on forum already have same experience.  They also threaten me as soon as i come tk live chat that they wil block me from chat if i keep writting to them. That they wil update me themself. I mean ridiclous situation. feels like im trapped and they holding my money. Terrible!!! So 4 days have passed and document stil bein reviewed it shows is in the last stage but doesnt update. I want my money and just finish this nightmare is all. Never again this shuffle casino i wil use. Such a scam ilegal site

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

hi natalia, there is stil no update. It says "in review" as whole 3 weeks.

unbelivable this is. They say when therr is update they wil contact me. This is sick that more then 3 weeks they holding my withdrawl and no respond! Only robot respodn this is crazy!!! Fred has been working on my ticket for over 3 weeks . Just embrasing work from shuffle really!!!! Has to be resolved this week or im gonna sue them thhis is unprofessional/scam behavior ! No this is big lie . I only have 1 account never used shuffle casino before. This is Shuffle casino classic move to write such incorrect and false information just to delay payments.

Only opened 1 account not long ago and thats only one i have and i will close it after i get paid because this is terrible site!!!

about betting i bet alot of various sports bets, i also lost alot on basketball and soccer . And about the last bet i saw player is way too bad then other one, and also it seemed he was shit injured so ofcourse i bet alot of bets on that match. And i also lost some if u see. Lost 1000 usd and 500 usd . So isnt only winning.

if is ridiclious acussation. u can contact UTR event that was played that match, it is all live on camera and all schedule detailed and they will tell you exact time of match playing which u can see bets were made during play. So comtact utr organisation and they will tell you excact time of start of match and finish of match and schedule and also there is youtube you van watch UTR events and you can see time and all. SO ABOUT PAST POSTING again you made lying accusation so it should be punishied really to false accusing player something,when in real you just scam casino and dont want to pay! Which proofs many forum posts about you!!!! If you read it. no past posted bets as you are saying up. Ridiclous what else can you make up shuffle really. Terrible support terrible. And last post that i write. Its very sad that i have to go through guru casino that i get any kind of reply or explanantion why my money has been hold for 1 month. It is not normal that the casino cant normal comunicate and explain whats going on. Very very sad and low. Unproffesional complelty . Their Live chat only automatic robots for 1 month replying same "wait for completed review". And now that guru casino pushes (thanks alot for help) then shuffle replys.
