🚨 SHUFFLE.COM — IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT LONG-TERM CUSTOMERS?
I’ve been using Shuffle.com for YEARS, and after what happened to me, I honestly feel like I need to warn other users before they put their money on this platform.
I currently have TWO withdrawals pending:
💰 0.275 ETH
💰 0.0349 ETH
That’s approximately $757 USD in total.
And the issue?
Shuffle refused my liveness verification.
Fine. Verification problems happen. I understand that.
So I contacted live support and asked for a simple solution:
👉 Reset my verification so I can start the entire process again from the beginning.
Instead of helping me resolve the issue, they refused.
Their representative Erika then told me to email Shuffle Support. I followed her instructions and sent multiple emails explaining everything.
When I contacted live support again, I was repeatedly told:
"We didn’t receive your email."
So I explained again and again that I had already sent the emails.
Then Erika started asking me for ALL Shuffle accounts I had used.
I told her repeatedly:
I HAVE ONLY ONE ACCOUNT.
I’ve been using the same account for years.
But she kept insisting that I provide other accounts.
Then came the part that really shocked me.
She told me that if I didn’t provide the information she was demanding, they would LIMIT MY ACCOUNT SO I COULDN’T CONTACT LIVE SUPPORT ANYMORE.
And guess what?
SHE BLOCKED ME FROM LIVE SUPPORT AND ENDED THE CHAT.
Seriously?
A customer has approximately $757 in pending withdrawals, is trying to complete verification, follows the instructions given by support, repeatedly emails the company, and asks for the verification process to simply be reset…
And the response is to cut off the customer’s access to support? 🤯
I’ve used this platform for years.
I’m not talking about some enormous withdrawal.
I’m not asking them for special treatment.
I WANT MY MONEY AND A FAIR CHANCE TO COMPLETE VERIFICATION.
That’s it.
If everything is legitimate and there is a genuine verification problem, then why not simply reset the verification process and allow me to complete it again?
Why tell me to email support and then claim the emails weren’t received?
Why repeatedly demand information about accounts that DO NOT EXIST?
And most importantly:
WHY BLOCK ME FROM LIVE SUPPORT WHEN I’M TRYING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM?
At this point, I am documenting everything.
📌 My pending withdrawals
📌 My verification issue
📌 My conversations with support
📌 Erika’s responses
📌 My emails to Shuffle
📌 The fact that I repeatedly stated I have only one account
📌 And the fact that I was ultimately blocked from live support
If Shuffle wants to resolve this properly, I’m giving them the opportunity.
Release my legitimate withdrawals and give me a proper way to complete verification.
Otherwise, I will pursue appropriate legal and regulatory options and continue documenting my experience publicly.
I will also be reaching out to ZachXBT and other members of the crypto community to see whether other users have experienced similar withdrawal or verification issues with Shuffle.
Because if this is happening to other people too, people deserve to know about it.
⚠️ Think twice before depositing money on any platform until you understand exactly what happens when you try to withdraw.
Shuffle can respond publicly if they believe any part of my account is being represented incorrectly.
I have nothing to hide. I just want my withdrawals processed and this verification issue resolved.
