I have been waiting for my money over 15 days. It is insane what shuffle casino is doing!! I verified my account completly done it all!! I deposited 1500 euros and i win 600 euros in last bet. Then i tried to withdrawl and didnt work!!!!!! It says IN REVIEW! When i go on live chat they say" manual review going on". And they cant tell how long more. This is crazy! So total im minus in this account because iv lost more then i won so basically is just my deposit im waiting and i cant get it!!!! Is been 15 days and noo update none!!!!! I need someone to help me and speak to them and withdrawl my money! Because its ilegal to hold money without owners permison!!! Specially iv i done all what they wanted!!!!! Verification takes 2 days not 16 days!!!!!!!!! And all is verfieid. Sick really such scam thie casino as soon as u win they dont want to pay as players said already on forum!!!

1.account is fully verified since 10 days

and everyrhing approved already 7 days everything. But still withdrawl is in review .


2.no never used any bonus


3.today morning and they said its been send to apolicance team for review and to update me when finish. But this anwswr has been going on for last 10 days. This is ilegal to do really what they doing. Ilegal!!!!!!!!porpusly holding someones else money for such period time even tho everyting is approved and porpusly doing review of nothing for 15 days is crazy
