I have deposited many times and withdrew many times never have a problem before but ..

today I deposit $1380 and win a bet , then

I withdraw $1400 and my account is set to withdrawal mode only and my withdraw is not recieved to me

and sorry the deposit was $1400 and withdraw was $1900

  • I can login but the account has been put to withdrawal mode only


Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

  • I made the shuffle account last July when there wasn’t any need to pass kyc to deposit and withdraw so no I haven’t passed the full KYC

  • it was without bonus


Could you please advise which games you focused on - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
