I would like to request your assistance regarding an issue with Shuffle.com Casino, which has been blocking my withdrawal since October 6th, 2025. My account is fully verified, and I have attached screenshots confirming this, yet my withdrawal of 44.15 USD remains pending without any explanation.


Despite multiple attempts to contact the casino through live chat and email, I have not received any response whatsoever. The lack of communication and the ongoing delay in processing my withdrawal have left me without any way to resolve this issue directly with the casino.


I kindly ask for your support in investigating this matter and helping to release my funds and ensure proper processing of my withdrawal.
