I am filing this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at Shuffle Casino. I requested a withdrawal on 23 April 2025 and it has now been 17 days without any resolution or clear communication.


My account has been fully verified. Despite this, the funds remain pending, and I’ve received no meaningful updates. Support responses have either been automated or non-informative, and in some cases, my inquiries have been ignored.


This delay is unacceptable, and I would appreciate assistance in getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Hi,

I have not made any withdrawal before, this was my first time.

I did not have any winnings from bonus. Also, I have deposited around $23000 and only around $4500 won so it’s not like I won a lot from them, it’s my own money.
