Hello casino guru,


i currently am a level 3 vip. I have the maximum 3 pending withdrawals at $1200 each totaling $3600. I have a balance of $9600 not including withdrawals that I would also like to withdraw. These withdrawals date back to May 22. I have been told that the withdrawal will be processed within 3 business days and it is passed that time frame. which is stated in the terms and conditions I had agreed to.


last Friday I was called by a vip rep who said my withdrawals would be expedited and would be 1-2 days. It’s been 4 since. I have reached out to him via WhatsApp where he told me it’s expedited and will be processed in hours. I have since been ghosted by him for 72 hours without a response. I am not thrilled with 3 day withdrawals but would accept it as it’s in terms and conditions but this has been past that threshold. I am asking for help withdrawing my funds in a timely matter. I believe longer than 3 days is unacceptable.


please help support me to withdraw my remaining balance as I am uncomfortable withdrawing and dealing with sg casino on my own.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Update, I have received the 3 withdrawals on day 7/8. That timeline is unacceptable. I now have another 3 withdrawal pending since June 1 for $1200 each. The issue is SGCasino has decided to reduce me back to vip 1 which doesn’t make sense cause I’ve played consistently and have grown my balance. My withdrawal limits have been reduced from 1200/day to only $750 per day. And now can only withdraw $10,000 per month. This is unacceptable and now I have a balance of $8800 plus the $3600 withdrawal. Please help me withdraw my funds in an acceptable time frame. I believe they only lowered my vip cause I have won and withdrawn and now they’re doing a trick and playing games in hopes I lose my money out of frustration
