I have made a withdrawal and the withdraw says complete however I have not received any funds. I have tried numerous times to contact support on their live chat but they send me an auto email saying we will get back to you then another saying I didn't respond and close the chat even though they my query is there they ignore it. I have emailed support like 5 times along with screen shots ECT enquiring about it and I have received no answers or responses. Being a first time withdrawal I want to know what's happening and I'm just not getting any assistance and I havnt received the funds.
