I withdrew my winnings which took over a month for royal reels to process, once processed the money hasn't turned up in my bank account and it's been 12 days, messaged and supplied a bank statement pdf for the company to see that the money hasn't come through and have been told to be patient while royal reels investigates the mater.

I requested the withdrawal on the 22/01 which was processed on the 15/02, and I have made successful withdrawals before

Thank you for your reply, Dazedamused. Could you please advise when exactly you made the last successful withdrawal and how many days did it take to be processed? Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used before?

Last withdrawl was the 26/12/24 this was by bank transfer to the same bank account as my last withdrawl, this took 2 to 3 days to process.
