3/1/26 i submited withdrawal of $1000aud via USDT.

withdrawal is showing as completed in my transactions but my wallet has not received funds. Casino ignores my requests of providing me with the TXID for the payment to the blockchain.

i have provided crypto wallet statements showing payment not received.

casino continues to say that the payment is completed on their end but has not provided anything to prove that payment was made.

for weeks they have said it is being reviewed by payment team and ask for my patience.

Hi thanks for response no it was not my first withdrawal i have used said casino for years and withdrawn countless times i had only just cashed out a few days before and i also did one for $1000 a few days after this missing one which i received.

royal reels again responded to my email and it appears they have gone back to the start again asking for documents ive already submitted and stating it will need to be reviewed by the payments team. Ive have been waiting 3 weeks for the payments team review response.

i will forward all emails etc to you now.

Hi yea i have forwarded the pdf statement of my crypto wallet.

hopefully you can get some sense into them as they are just running me around in circles.

again they have asked for the statement for the wallet address i did the withdrawal via as they reckon the statement that i have sent is for a different wallet address.

completely untrue as i have told them several times now coinspot do not provide statements for individual wallet addresses as they are not owned by me they are coinspot addresses that are linked to me so the only statements they can provide are the statement i have received from them and they a the complete transactions for my wallet the send and receives all of it. and have forwarded it to royal reels.

how they claim it is for a different wallet address i do not know as there is no crypto address on it at all.

they again have refused and ignored my requests for the TXid of the payment they say has been made on the 3/1/26.

a simple thing and it is solved but they just flat ignore my requests for it.

as it is with all of these crypto payments if they cant produce the txid then the payment was not made.

i really dont know what they are trying to achieve with this, well apart from not paying i guess. but i dont get it at all they dont pay me on the 3/1/26 but then on the 9/1/26 they gave me 25free spins which is very weird as they took all bonuses off me over 2 years ago i guess for winning to much as they have refused to say the reasons why.

So i turned the 25 free spins into $1000 and cashed it out and i received it in my crypto wallet on the 9/1/26 as you will see on my crypto statement.

i just want what they owe me i won the money fair and square with no bonus just a straight cash deposit i made.
