I am writing to formally complain about Royal Reels Casino regarding a missing withdrawal of $8,401.06, which was supposed to be paid to me in USDC on May 11, 2025.


Royal Reels claims that the payment was completed and even provided a screenshot from their internal records showing the correct wallet address. However, I have not received any funds in my crypto wallet. I have repeatedly requested the transaction hash (TXID), which is standard practice for any crypto transaction and is necessary to trace and verify the payment on the blockchain.


Despite numerous emails and live chat requests, Royal Reels has refused to provide the TXID. Their support team continues to insist that the payment was made but ignores my direct requests for the transaction hash. Without this information, I am unable to verify the transaction or seek further assistance from my wallet provider or the blockchain network.


This lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide basic transaction details is extremely concerning and unprofessional. I am seeking assistance from Casino.Guru to help resolve this issue and urge Royal Reels to either provide the TXID or process my withdrawal immediately.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

My account is verified in the casino. The problem is that RoyalReels has told me they payed the withdrawal already and a couple days after that they told me that they processed it again. However, I have received no funds nor will the casino provide the TXID of the crypto transaction.
