I have never palyed on this casino before. I went to their site and deposited 500€ via pay n play via Trustly. Money left immedieately from my bank account but i could not log in to the site. The site just redirects me to their main page and dont log me in even after verifying my identity via trustly. Im starting to think i might be victim of fraud? I thought this casino was legit as they seem to work under estonian and curacao licenses. Please help me get my money back. Live chat supporter doesnt help either.


How can they take my money immediately but cant refund it immediately back because hteir site is bugged and i cant log in.


I will provide the proof of the payment aswell.

Well it shows on their site and you can find that Kingswin online seems to own also this site Rooster.bet, so i guess they use the same bank accounts for all of their casinos?

Im 100% sure i deposited here to Rooster.bet.


no I have never logged in before by pay n play aka Trustly or with email to Rooster.bet nor have made an account there before.


I have not submitted any personal information to casino because I have not been able to log in. I guess via trustly log in they get my full name, living address and date of birth, but like I said after i made this huge 500€ deposit i was not able to log in to the site. Kinda odd that they can take my money and deposit but after that you cant log in to the site with Trustly.


and to be noted i dont want to play there anymore in under any circumstances if we can solve this Fraud made by Rooster.vet aka Kingswin online out. I want my money refunded immediately, expecting also compensation for this problem and how much time loss it has now causen me

Seems like Kingswin Online owns multiple casinos so thats why that reada in the payment. They seem to own the possible fraud Rooster.bet where they stole my 500€ and havent answered or refunded it and they also own casinos called: Winz, Jackpoty, Rooli, 24casino and joocasino.


im also expecting compensation from them with my 500€ for the anxiety, stress and the lost time it has causen me to try to get my 500€ back and they dont even try to refund it.
