I sent earlier afternoon today a withdrawal request, which i got an email from their end - after pending for 2h - that is cancelled and that i should contact them.


I contacted them and it was no clear explanation as to why my withdrawal was cancelled. A very generic reply from the cs.


This is the 2nd time in a row, that they are cancelling a withdrawal of mine. The first time my VIP manager had to stepped in and fix it for me.


The reason of the first time withdrawal rejection, is that i should have won much more than what i had deposited (i had deposited 1.5K NOKand asked for a 3K NOK)


The reason for today's rejection is something that i have never seen in any legit casino ever before.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

My withdrawal was cancelled/rejected, for no leagal reasons.


Please read carefully what i have written above and correct the case summary.


The withdrawal isn't delayed for 2 weeks!.
