Pleas keep in mind i have had two successful withdrawal prior to this one***
I have requested a withdrawal at 2am on 24th April and was advised it’ll take upto 72 hours to approve and for the funds to clear.
My request sat in pending right up until the 72nd hour to which it changed to in progress. When I questioned this, every agent gave different answers. Once it changed to in progress, RollXO agents have now told me it’ll take another 7 days possible to receive the funds. I have chosen the exact same payment method as my other two withdrawals. I also haven’t received the usual approval email.
Is anyone able to assist with this and confirm the process? I have never read or heard of someone waiting so long to receive funds from the is site. I’m fed up
