Most serious is what happened with my $725. I played using the "Day 7 – 150 Free Spins Reward", active from 01 Dec 2025 at 23:23 to 04 Dec 2025 at 23:23. I wagered 204 AUD, met the wagering requirements, kept playing, and built my balance up to $900. I then requested a withdrawal of $800. At that point, RollXO cancelled my withdrawal, blocked my account, removed $725 from my balance, then later added back only $75 and re‑enabled my account. In my experience with RollXO and other platforms, legitimate winnings are adjusted immediately after wagering is completed – not retroactively slashed only after a withdrawal request is made.

I consider the removal of $725 from my balance to be completely unjustified. I have screenshots of my account being disabled and screen recordings showing how I was abruptly logged out at the same time the funds were taken. Until RollXO provides a clear, evidence‑based explanation and returns the full $725 to my balance, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone, especially players considering depositing large amounts or chasing VIP status.

After completing those requirements, i continued to wager and finished on $900. I then requested to withdraw $800, which rollxo cancelled my withdrawal, blocked my account access and then added $75 to my balance and reactivated my account again.


Never in my experience has Rollxo, or any other platform, waited until a withdrawal requested before removing a player’s legitimate winnings. Winnings are adjusted immediately once wagering is completed, and in this case Rollxo has instead removed $725 that I rightfully won during my withdrawal request. Rollxo is not not entitled withhold or confiscate these funds and Rollxo’s actions in waiting until I requested a withdrawal, then deducting $725 from my balance, disabling my account, and preventing me from logging in are unacceptable and, in my view, amount to fraud, theft, and gross negligence.

The problem we have here is that once i decided i am done and went to withdraw, only then was my withdraw cancelled and $75 put in my balance and the difference of $725 was missing. I won this money fairly, they say the system removed the excess win amount automatically once the bonus conditions are completed, then then the $800 withdrawal is legitimate and fair. So they owe me $725 to my cash balance.
