Hello Team,

I have placed three different withdrawal requests of 750$ each vis e-transfer. It is already more than three business days for withdrawals to be processed. All three withdrawals are showing pending. Standard withdrawal time is 24-48 hours. I have reached out to customer support team many times to ask about withdrawal status and feedback received was ‘ it is in the queue of their finance team to be processed.’ Also customer support team acknowledged that it is delayed without any known reason. They marked my case as "urgent" and escalated to supervisor as well.  But still there is no resolution. I really appreciate your support in resolving this issue. I have attached discussion with customer support team and pending withdrawal screenshots.

note- my account was already verified and already got first withdrawal of 750$ before these three withdrawal requests.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
