I requested a withdrawal on 20/06, and today is 30/06. My account balance is still around 21,000, but my first withdrawal of 1,500 (which is the maximum withdrawal amount) still hasn't been received.

I've contacted support, and they keep saying that everything is fine and that there is just a slight delay. However, after reading online reviews, it seems that delayed withdrawals are a fairly common issue with this casino.

Has anyone else experienced similar delays with them? If so, how long did it take before you actually received your payment?
