Hi, I won €2000 playing RoboCat. The maximum withdrawal limit is €500. I submitted a €500 withdrawal request on April 13, 2026. Since then, nothing has happened. The money isn't in my account. I've never had any problems with withdrawals before. Please look into this. Thank you in advance! 🙂
