I have 3 pending withdrawals for $750.00 each they have been pending since July 02 2025. They advertise on the website that in 72 hours after you make a withdrawal you will receive your money. The chat and support does not give you any timeline they just tell you to wait. I am in need of these funds. Please help

It has been 13 days , my account did not need verification at all and just to be clear. I requested a withdrawal before these three withdrawals and I was paid out in 5 days . That is why I am questioning this because my account is in good order I should be paid quickly not 13 days later. Please see how you can help me.
