Won almost 11k, which can’t be withdrew all at once, only able to withdraw $750 a day with up to 3 pending , and I was told multiple times by the chat help that withdraws are processed within 3 business days, so I keep waiting and nothing and then chat gives copy and paste answers, at this rate it’ll take me months to get my money I won, its like my money is held hostage and almost forced to spend it

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Regarding your question on weather you can withdraw the whole amount at once, Please be informed that according to our terms and conditions:


6.11 All withdrawals are processed according to our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into consideration the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.


6.13 At any time, a customer may have a maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawals on the account.


Based on your current level the maximum amount per withdraw is 750 CAD.


However we have contacted the finance department to speed up your latest withdrawals.
